Doug Reinhardt to Propose to Paris Hilton?

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt were spotted out at Hollywood night club Bar Delux earlier this week. The duo were joined by Nicky Hilton and her boyfriend, and stayed until the place was closed. Paris and Doug were joined by Nicky Hilton and her boyfriend.
Paris wore a silky, bright dress with half-black, half-skin-tone tights.
Rumor has it that Doug is set to propose to Paris but somehow I doubt that!! Tabloids report “Doug is smitten with Paris and wants to spend the rest of his life with her. He’s already found the perfect ring, asked her father for permission and is now waiting for the right time to pop the question.”
