For some reason - perhaps her new romance with Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden - Miss Hilton has adopted a rock chick look.
One Southampton fashion store manager wondered: “What is she trying to say with this new look? She’s in Chav city? Everywhere else she goes she is all dolled up.
“But it just shows that that you don’t have to be dripping in money to dress like one of the world’s most famous celebrities.”
