Paris Hilton and Benji Madden being investigated for Hit and Run
Paris Hilton and her boyfriend Benji Madden are being investigated by the Los Angeles police for an alleged hit-and-run. Photographer Glen Gurniak filed a report with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department last week, claiming that Madden’s vehicle ran over his foot as he drove away from a nightclub on Thursday (April 24th) with Hilton in the passenger seat.
Video posted on TMZ.com show Gurniak screaming, as well as an image of his shoe with what appears to be a tire mark on it.
Sheriff spokesman Steve Witmore confirmed that the incident is under investigation.
