Paris Hilton and Benji Madden!

Paris Hilton has already found herself a new man - none other than BFF Nicole Richie’s brother-in-law, Benji Madden.

According to witnesses the duo hooked up on Thursday night while partying at Villa nightclub. An eyewitness tells Life & Style, “When she saw Benji, she only had eyes for him. She walked over and gave him a huge kiss. It was over the top and lots of tongue was involved!”

The magazine reports that the Good Charlotte guitarist, who broke off his engagement from actress Sophie Monk only days ago, “hibernated in a corner booth with Paris and did not leave until 1:15am. The entire time, she stroked his arm and rubbed his leg as she whispered in his ear,” says the eyewitness.

Things are now so serious that Benji supposedly accompanied Paris on a work trip to St. Louis this weekend, where she went to promote her new fragrance.
