Paris Hilton and sister Nicky Hilton wave and flash the peace sign in Tokyo. They met the 2008 Miss Universe Japan finalists at Samantha Thavasa Omotesando Gates store. Reports say that the sisters got to judge the contest. I’m just wondering if Paris is color-blind with those tights!
