Paris Hilton Court Case Saga Update

Paris Hilton’s lawyers is now demanding that a medical examination be done on accuser actress/model Zeta Graff who is suing the socialite for spreading vicious lies about her in the gossip pages
I wonder if this is Hilton’s lawyer’s way of stalling the pending court case?
According to Graff’s attorney, Paul Berra, they don’t have a problem with that request and look forward to the court trial.
Have they been unfair on Paris? Her lawyers seem to think so:
Hilton’s attorneys say they are now threatening to file a countersuit against Graff and told Superior Court Judge Gerald Rosenberg Thursday that they are investigating whether Graff recently made defamatory comments about Hilton in the press.
“This is the first I’ve heard about a possible cross-complaint,” Berra told the judge.
Loeb and Stein declined to comment to Courttv.com about specific statements from Graff. They did remark, however, that they believe Hilton has been unfairly treated in the press and her recently released deposition comments have been taken out of context.
“They really are very, very unfairly characterizing things she has said, and I’m disappointed by it,” Stein said.

I dont normaly care about celebrities but they are treating her unfarily . I am not saying that a dui isnt serious , it is very seruious, but noone get in the amount of trouble she is in . i got a dui three years ago and all they gave me was some classes, some fines, and three years of informal probation oh yeah 7 days of comunity service . I didnt even have to go to AA let alone jail.
