Paris Hilton and new beau Doug Reinhardt are in Hawaii! They were spotted out doing some shopping yesterday evening.

Paris looked stunning in a strapless black maxi-dress with a parrot print on the front. The new couple looked happy together and relaxed enough to hold hands and kiss in public.

In other news, Doug got Paris teacup Pomeranian puppy for her 28th birthday, plus a slew of other gifts. “He probably got me more presents than any guy ever,” Paris told People before a belated birthday bash Saturday night at the Hard Rock Hotel’s Body English in Las Vegas. “He’s sweet.”
