Paris Hilton was spotted out in West Hollywood yesterday afternoon (November 10) getting in some shopping!
Paris browsed H&M department store, wearing a lavender floral print dress along with black tights and black heels with purple bows.
After that, Paris went more exclusive, heading to the Fred Segal boutique.
Do you like this look of black tights/leggings with colorful shoes? I’m still not sure…
