Paris Hilton Threatening Legal Action Over Sign

Paris Hilton isn’t very happy about the use of her image on a billboard for a Wellington company. I don’t think she cares about her picture, it’s that they have the word “vacant” written across it! See the image here.
Paris is threatening legal action against the company Media5 which used the photo, which shows Paris partying, to advertise vacant billboard space.
Her manager says the company didn’t have permission to use her picture, and should expect to hear from her lawyers.
The company say they were just having a ‘bit of fun’ with the billboard and didn’t want to offend anyone.
They say they will remove the image if Paris’ lawyers request it.
