Paris Hilton to not appear in own movie premiere
Rumors are rife that Paris Hilton will ditch the premiere of National Lampoon’s Pledge movie where she is the main star because she wants to avoid being labelled a ‘failure’.
“The premiere was supposed to have been on Oct. 11 in Chicago, but Paris called at the last minute and cancelled, claiming she had to promote her album,” a source tells the newspaper. “The producers didn’t want to have the premiere without her because she’s the biggest star in the movie, which also features Simon Rex and Randy Spelling, so they rescheduled for Oct. 28.”
But now Hilton, who previously starred in the horror flick House of Wax, is saying she might not attend the rescheduled premiere, likely because she’s gotten an advanced whiff of the film’s straight-to-video stink.
Her rep denies the story, telling the paper, “She will appear at this premiere.
So there! Will wait and see then!
