Root of all Evil would probably be a much better show if the guy that’s turn it wasn’t were to raise an objection.

No you are not, because its a 30 minute show run by a comedian who is known for insulting everyone and not caring one bit about the effect it has. And if you have seen it, there is the inquisition which in my opinion is much better then cross examination because who expects it?
