Paris Hilton’s younger bro, Barron Hilton, pleaded no contest to his DUI charges today.

Barron didn’t have to appear in court, so his attorney, Rich Hutton, entered the plea on his behalf. Barron was charged with four misdemeanor counts, including driving under the influence and being an unlicensed driver.

CelebTV.com reported that Barron will be on three years’ probation, he will lose his driving privileges for one year, and he will have to visit the Los Angeles County morgue, as well as go to a Mothers Against Drunk Driving lecture.

Barron Hilton Charged With DUI

March 7, 2008 by Nikki Katz

Paris Hilton’s 18-year-old brother, Barron, was charged Thursday with four misdemeanor counts stemming from his Feb. 12 arrest on suspicion of drunken driving.

Barron was pulled over in February after a witness reported seeing a black Mercedes-Benz weaving on Pacific Coast Highway, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said. He was allegedly carrying a fake driver’s license and had a blood-alcohol level of 0.14% — .08 is the rate at which a driver is legally intoxicated in California.

Barron was freed on $20,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned April 14 at the Malibu courthouse.

Barron Hilton, 18, was arrested in Malibu slightly after 8:00 this morning and charged under suspicion of driving under the influence. Wow–talk about getting an early jump on the day!

Barron was driving on the Pacific Coast Highway in a black Mercedes when he was pulled over. According to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, Hilton’s charge is a misdemeanor, and bail has been set at $5,000. (Which he’ll probably be able to pull out of his Mercedes’ seat cushions.)

Paris told PageSix.com, “I am sad for my little brother. I hear he is doing OK. I am there for him and will be speaking to him in an hour or so, hopefully, to lend my support.
