Nicky Hilton and her boyfriend, David Katzenberg, were spotted leaving ‘Coogies Cafe‘ in Malibu yesterday afternoon.

Nicky is busy with her clothing line, which she plans to launch in Japan.

“I think I got inspired in Japan a lot,” Nicky told People Magazine.

“I am launching at Tokyo Girls Collection, which is in an arena with 24,000 people. I have been trying to wrap it up and get the samples set out.”

Paris Hilton has had a relaxing couple days in Dubai, first at the Atlantis Hotel and then the Burj Al Arab Hotel!! After that Paris met with fans at the Salem Store for a signing and to show off her clothing line.

Been on the slides all day at The Atlantis Hotel, so much fun!! Just did Leap of Faith twice in a row, so scary at first, but then amazing!

Went to The Dubai Mall after the pool, had so much fun going to all the stores. Bought a beautiful pink diamond Cartier watch. Loves it!

Had a 2 hour massage down at the Spa @ The Atlantis, much needed after a very stressful couple of days. In bed now relaxing.

Then on June 28th she headed to the Burj Al Arab Hotel with her BFF contestants…

Paris Hilton took to Twitter to talk about her feelings over the unexpected death of pop legend Michael Jackson. Paris tweeted and added pictures of she and Michael when she was younger.

I am so sad right now I can’t believe Michael is gone. What a sad day today, I’m devastated.

I’m still in shock about Michael. My mom grew up with him since they were teenagers and I’ve known him all my life. He was amazing, so sad.

Kathy and Rick, along with Paris’ sister Nicky, joined her for dinner.

In other news, Paris told Radar Online that she is leaving next week for Dubai. “I had a going away party with family and friends. I’m leaving for Dubai early next week to shoot MY BFF: Dubai. Media reports that I was anywhere but my house last night are false.

I’m very happy being single and free. I’m looking forward to shooting in Dubai, and having a great summer.”

In other news, Paris’ impending trial over her inadequacy in promoting her 2006 movie Pledge This! has been delayed for a month.

The trial was to begin Monday but has now been postponed until July 9 by U.S. District Judge Federico Moreno.

Paris Hilton attended the Creative Coalition, THR and Screen Media Films Reception at the Martini Terrace during the 62nd International Cannes Film Festival last night. Paris looked amazing in an Egyptian style, halter, white dress and gold accessories.

It appears that Paris is still set to go to trial for breach of contract. A Miami judge today ruled that he will not throw out the lawsuit brought against the heiress by the distributors of her 2006 film, Pledge This. The investors claim Hilton’s failure to abide by her contractual obligation to adequately plug the straight-to-DVD sorority flick resulted in a loss of roughly $8.3 million.

Judge Federico Moreno said there are plenty of issues to be decided at trial, including whether Hilton’s lack of promotion stemmed from her being, as her attorney claimed earlier this month, “the single busiest person on the planet,” or whether she shirked her promotional duties out of dislike for the film.
