VIDEO: Paris Hilton hounded by Paparazzi

I do feel sorry for Paris Hilton when she gets hounded by the paparazzi and causes her to trip and fall. I know she likes the attention and all but I don’t think she appreciates it getting hurt trying to get away from the papz.
